Craig Phillips Guitar Tuition

I completed my musical studies in 2005 and achieved Higher National Diploma (HND) with Merit at Brighton institute of Modern Music (BIMM). 

During my study period I was fortunate enough to work with some of the best contemporary musicians and educators in the industry, masterclasses were regularly held by highly successful artists and acts such as Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, Albert Lee, Feeder, Motorhead, Skunk Anansie and Steve Morse (Deep Purple) to name a few!

I am a full time Guitar Teacher/Musician teaching at various Primary and Secondary Schools in and around Kent, lessons are also available from my purpose built studio based in Gillingham, I am also a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT) and have DBS clearance to work in schools.

I am constantly active and involved with musical projects throughout the year, as well as teaching I am a co founder and lead guitarist of the popular function band

"Electric Outfit" Live Band  

playing at functions, partys and weddings across the UK. 

I have been teaching from 2003 and playing live from around 1995 and helped countless students achieve their musical goals, some passing their grades, Duke of Edinburgh awards or simply building their confidence and playing skills, some have played at family events and others gone on to create their own projects/bands.
